This range of food temperature control products includes an extensive array of themometers, timers and much more.

A particular highlight of this range are the Gourmet Folding Probe Themometers. Available in 5 stylish colours, Gourmet Folding Probe Thermometers are colour coded to suit each food category and prevent cross contamination. Battery life on these folding thermometers allows for 8,000 hours of continuous use; the equivalent of 2 hours every day, 7 days a week for 10 years or more. These thermometers measure temperature between -49.9°C and +149.9°C.

Other themometers in this range include infrared thermometers which offer superb value. These lightweight and compact themometers are easy to use and are operated by a trigger which easily measures temperature on an LCD display. These are particularly useful for when direct contact with the food source is not possible.

Lastly, our Stephensons clocks are perfectly suited to catering and hospitality use. With a large face and clear hands, these clocks are ideal for kitchens and food preparation areas.
