Football fever is upon us, as the England squad arrive in Poland in search of UEFA Euro 2012 glory.
All the group matches have late afternoon or evening kick-offs and it is hoped thousands of fans will be heading to pubs and bars to watch the action on big screens at various venues, as it is a great way to experience the excitement of the tournament.
Below are just a few ways that pubs and bars can ensure a resounding success throughout the Euros 2012:
- Make sure you have all the appropriate glassware and a good supply of disposable plastic pint glasses and tumblers. If you are planning on barbequing during the matches, make sure you have a range of disposable Plates, Bowls, Platters, Cutlery and Cups, as well as napkins.
- Invest in good TV and audio equipment to screen the matches, it may seem like an expensive investment, however there is no point inviting people to watch the football if they have better viewing equipment in their own home.
- Be sure to consider the layout of seating and the location of television screens, to maximise viewing space.
- Decorate the venue with flags and bunting to help give it a Euro Cup feel, why not embrace the celebrations with giveaway flags and hats.
