With a heavy duty 304 grade stainless steel finish, this gas model features a patented infrared burner system for outstanding output. This stainless steel exterior and open pan ensures this appliance is easy to clean and maintain.
This Blue Seal gas fryer is fully modular which allows for excellent functionality and practicality in a catering or hospitality industry kitchen.
A temperature safety cut out feature ensures the GT45 is safe and offers excellent protection which is essential for any restaurant, take away or commercial environment.
Frying baskets and lids are included with this Blue Seal single fryer alongside adjustable feet and rear rollers. The rollers allow this fryer to be easily moved for cleaning or relocation purposes.
