With markings for making various sugar based foods and with a temperature measurement range between +40°C to +200°C, our Brass Sugar / Jam Thermometers are a catering kitchen must have. 

Whether you’re making jam, crack toffee or caramel, these thermometers are the perfect choice for guiding your culinary creations. There are eight markings in black written up the right of the thermometer reading caramel, crack toffee, small crack toffee, hard ball, soft ball, jam, steralise and liquid level. These give the recommended temperatures for making the various foods. 

With a measurement range between +40°C to +200°C, Brass Sugar / Jam Thermometers have an accuracy of +/-2°C. 

Temperature is indicated in a kerosene filled glass tube that clearly displays temperature. Readings are shown in Celsius.
