Perfect for use in fat fryers, these thermometers are a great choice for commercial kitchens with a long probe and large temperature measurement range. 

Fat Frying Thermometers measure between 0°C and 300°C and feature markings for fish, poultry, meat and chips. The marking and diagrams at 180°C indicate the ideal temperature for frying fish, poultry and meat whilst the marking and diagram at 200°C illustrate the temperature in which to fry chips. 

The 50mm diameter dial is large enough to easily read whilst a clip allows the thermometer to be simply attached to the side of a frying pan. 

Simply lower the probe into oil and secure the clip for accurate readings. After a few minutes, the thermometer will stabilise for a precise reading.
