Century Line features ten distinct knives that all undergo the strict manufacturing process of electro repression forging. This produces a monobloc (one-piece) of steel that makes for a resilient and durable blade. The stainless steel blade is tempered through a sub-zero process that guarantees precision, sharpness and a smooth cut. The blade is then fitted with a polycarbonate, fiberglass handle for a perfect, ergonomic grip.
