The Bacofoil 2 in 1 Parchment and Foil has been designed to be a handy tool for any chef.
With the benefits of both foil and non-stick parchment, it really does marry the best of both worlds. The foil helps to insulate the ingredients and encourages heating throughout, whilst the parchment side protects the food and stops anything from sticking.
