This white porcelain ramekin offers great value and will blend perfectly with a wide range of crockery. To maximise the cost effectiveness of this range, economy porcelain is run of kiln production. However, it is accredited with British Hotelware Standard BS 4034, demonstrating a high resistance to water absorption. Economy Porcelain is microwave and dishwasher safe and designed to withstand the rigours of a demanding catering environment.
