Made from BPA free (excluding the black, green, and yellow tubs), food-grade plastic, they are suitable for use in professional kitchens for food storage and preparation tasks. They can also be used in other hospitality settings for storage, carrying ice from ice machine to the bar, moving stock, and so on.
