Brannan Folding Probe Thermometers are perfectly suited to the rigorous demands of commercial catering establishments. 

With a temperature range between -50°C to 250°C, these thermometers have an accuracy of +/-1°C from -20°C to 150°C and a 2°C accuracy outside this range.

Alongside accuracy, Brannan Folding Probe Thermometers are also quick to give readings. These thermometers have a 1 second sensing time for excellent speed. 

The 85mm probe is the ideal length to slide into food but short enough to be conveniently folded and stored. 

When the probe is removed from it’s casing, Brannan thermometers automatically switch on and turn off again when the probe is stowed.
