This non-stick tray is manufactured in the UK and has been double coated in the amazing, marketplace tested, skandia extreme+ non-stick surface. It is impervious to cooking oils and is extremely hard wearing.
Whilst many cheaper non-stick alternatives are prone to wear, this tray is intended for a professional catering environment. The double non-stick coating will ensure a reliable extraction.
This baking bun tray is acutely lightweight which will ensure that food is cooked evenly and efficiently, heavier trays are often less efficient in distributing heat.
