Specifically designed for use with the Polyscience Smoking Gun, these wood chippings are chemical free and ground to a consistency that gently smoulders when ignited. This controlled method of burning ensures that a little goes a long way!
These bourbon soaked wood chips infuse a subtle bourbon flavour and can be used on BBQs to flavour food. Just sprinkle the chippings onto the coals just before cooking the food or near the end of the cooking time.
