Made from high quality 18/10 stainless steel, this catering saucepan is particularly durable and will withstand the pressures of busy catering kitchens. Featuring a layer of aluminium, sandwiched between two base layers of stainless steel to promote even heat distribution this saucepan can be used on gas, electric, and induction hobs.
A saucepan lid is also available separately.
