This green salad spinner is an effective, safe and simple method for food preparation. The manual spinner features a green polypropylene body and a polyamide/stainless steel mechanism. Excess water drains conveniently thorough a tube and the inner basket can be removed. This machine dries salad, lettuce, fruit and veg quickly and efficiently, which in turn results in freshness and a reduction in costs.
The practical 12-litre capacity allows large quantities of salad to be dried at one time, making this an ideal food prep method for busy hotels, restaurants, and canteens. Ideally this capacity is suited to 2-3 heads of lettuce.
