Maison Routin 1883 Pumpkin Spice Syrup Recipes
Pumpkin Skin Halloween Cocktail:
Ingredients:
- 2cl 1883 Pumpkin Syrup
- 5cl white rum
- 2cl falernum
- 8cl orange juice
- 8cl whole milk
Method:
- Scoop out a butternut and carve a Halloween face if you're feeling creative.
- Pour all the ingredients into a blender cup, fill with crushed ice.
- Mix until smooth.
- Pour contents into the butternut.
- Garnish with an orange slice and an Absinthe sugar cube if you're feeling adventurous.
Spiced Pumpkin Tea:
Ingredients:
- 10oz 1883 Pumpkin Spice Syrup
- 1oz carrot juice
- 4oz lemonade
- 3oz freshly brewed black tea
- Ice cubes
Method:
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Add all ingredients and stir well.
- Garnish with a sage sprig, cinnamon stick and star anise.
- Serve.
