Sabert's compostable platters provide an eco-conscious option for event catering. Crafted from bagasse pulp, an agricultural by-product, this annually renewable material is also 100% home compostable, and can be disposed of with any home compost bin. Equally, it will break down in an industrial composting unit.
These eco-friendly trays also offer great performance. Bagasse pulp is very durable and has an effective resistance to moisture, meaning that these platters can be used to serve hot or oily foods as well as cold sandwiches and snacks.
