These Moulin graters come with 3 perforated discs to influence the thickness of the food produced. The disc sizes are: 1.5mm, 2.5mm and 4mm.
Tellier S3 Moulin Graters are made from tin plated steel to a high standard. As such, they are well suited to withstand the rigorous demands of commercial use.
