The TurboChef Fire Artisan Pizza Oven features top and bottom convection motors, and an integral catalytic converter that allows for ventless operation. The removable access panel at the bottom is great for easy cleaning, and there are independent electronic temperature controls at the top and bottom of the oven. It can hold pizzas up to 14".
This oven will also cook potato wedges, onion rings, chicken tenders, and more!
