This stainless steel pizza peel will help prevent heat conduction from the oven. The handle features a high-density polymer grip with excellent heat resistance. The grip has a sliding mechanism that lets you choose placement on the handle. The perforated blade helps to reduce excess flour and provide a low-friction release. The blade can also act as a scraper for cleaning if desired.
