Taking inspiration from ancient Japanese Tenmoku glazes, Steelite's Koto range of fine china has a handsome dark appearance that is ideally suited to restaurants that serve East Asian cuisine or fusion menus. These pieces have subtle variations in texture and tone that add to their charm. Each piece is hand finished with a rich iron glaze which interacts in the kiln to produce an organic, lustrous effect.
