In terms of kitchen practicality, this APS chopping board is a cut above the rest. Slats in the surface of the board work as convenient crumb catchers, while the base features non-slip feet to ensure safety and precision when cutting.
The 1/1 Gastronorm size is catering industry standard and due to its dense grain and resistance to warping or cracking, rubberwood is both durable and helps prevent knives from blunting.
To empty the tray, simply pull out the slatted surface insert and dispose of the bread crumbs.
