This stainless steel robata rack has been designed as a great accessory for the Long Kasai Konro Grill, a perfect addition to Japanese restaurants or Pan-Asian dining for a show-stopping and memorable way to serve delicious dishes.
These robata racks can take the Kasai Grills to the next level, and allows you to cook even more ingredients at a time. The higher levels that these racks create are ideal for cooking ingredients that you would prefer to be lightly smoked or cooked slower than others that are being cooked on the bottom grill.
It can also help you control how much you want meats and other ingredients to be charred during cooking. The higher shelves can also be a great place to let meat rest after cooking while keeping it warm.
These racks are dishwasher safe, and the two additional shelves can be easily removed.
