This Lacor pizza baking pack is an excellent tool to use in busy kitchens, as it allows you to cook 4 pizzas at once. It includes 4 non-stick trays as well, and offers great heat conduction for even cooking. This rack has been designed to fit any conventionally sized oven, making it a versatile utensil for various businesses that serve food. The trays are made of carbon steel with PFOA-free non-stick coating. The rack is also collapsible and made of chromed steel rods.
While these racks and trays might be primarily used to cook pizza, you can also use them to bake biscuits, cakes, etc.
