Made with high quality 18/10 stainless steel, this catering pan is extremely hard wearing and will retain its attractive appearance even after heavy use.
The base of this stainless steel pan contains a layer of aluminium, sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel, to promote even heat distribution. This Sauteuse pan is suitable for use on gas, electric, and induction hobs, making it extremely practical for professional catering use.
Sauteuse pans are used to sauté or braise a variety of foods. Featuring outward sloping sides, these pans are also great for cooking casseroles, stews, and pasta dishes as well as meat and poultry dishes.
A sauteuse lid is also available separately.
