From the Pyrex range comes this versatile rectangular roaster. Featuring large handles and deep sides (which are great for multi-layering cakes or lasagne) it's perfect for baking and cooking many different dishes.
The roaster is made from borosilicate glass, which offers scratch resistance and fantastic durability. The transparency of the glass also comes in handy when you're timing a bake to perfection as you can easily see when it's ready to be taken out of the oven. The hardwearing nature and thermal-shock resistance position this dish as an ideal oven to table serving option and — if there happens to be any leftovers — the dish can go straight into the fridge or freezer for storage.
