The Century Line is a complete range of knives to meet whatever chefs, gourmets, and cooking addicts expect from a knife and so much more. Century Line features ten distinct knives that all undergo the strict manufacturing process of electro repression forging. This produces a monobloc (one-piece) of steel that makes for a resilient and durable blade. The stainless steel blade is tempered through a sub-zero process that guarantees precision, sharpness and a smooth cut. The blade is then fitted with an ABS handle for a perfect, ergonomic grip.
These knives are so well crafted, that they come complete with a 25 Year Manufacturer’s Guarantee.
