The FIFO Bottle is excellent for busy kitchens that have no time to waste. It's smart design makes it much easier to dispense sauces and condiments quickly, whether it's adding ketchup, mustard, mayonaise, or salad dressing onto dishes.
As it dispenses from the bottom of the bottle, gravity pulls the contents down toward the valve, resulting in quicker dispensing and avoiding the contents from getting stuck. This can also help to reduce wastage as no sauce is left behind in the bottle. It also has dual openings (fill from the top, dispense from the bottom) making it much easier to clean.
